It really is not an intuitive user interface

Seems to work. Will take me a while to work out how to use it
One question – it seems you have to be logged in to use it, as it reverts to a ‘trial’ version if you log out. So how would you use it if you didn’t have access to the internet?

Checking the website, they offer three levels of animator: Free; Standard $149; and Professional $299.
I’m experiencing difficulties as above – download hub says Nero Media Home, but it actually does install Saola.
Registered for free account but never received confirmation email.
Tried to access newly created account but that generates ‘Something went wrong’loop.
Tried to create different account, get various ‘wrong’ errors.
Started software and used link on main screen to try to create new account, more errors and now it claims that every email address I enter is already in use.
Tried a password reset for the first registration-attempt-account, site claims reset link was sent, but it has not arrived.
Please advise…

Hi Saola Animate Team and thank you for the reply! I did check the spam folder after each attempt, and have just checked it again now. Sadly, it remains empty, as does the inbox (that is, no messages from ATOMI or Saola; other messages have been arriving as usual).
I am standing by in hopes of a solution…

Windows 10 X64 Pro. Man this website SOS is beginning to really get on my nut. Tried the SOS d/l link for the code: SAOLA_ANIMATE_SOS72 and a file. Got the SOS email w/ code & link. Registered for acct at Saola site. Clicked the line to get the Giveaway & entered code. Tried both their d/l file & SOS one for installs. Running either then tell me to register for Free Acct. within the app v1.02 So junk pile continues to grow. Oh well prob more clickbait. Be sure to have a good email that allows for blocking these kind of things beyond their “free 30 day trial”.
[@Tomj] Just checking our email log and it seems that there were some emails failed to send to @gmx.de and @web.de domains.
We’ve implemented a fix for that and hope the emails will be able to delivered to those domain within 24 hours at most (the rDNS record needs at most 24hours to propagate completely). So please try sign in via the web later and choose resend confirmation email.
This giveaway lasts for 3 days so there’s no need to hurry. Please feel free to reach out to our support if you still can’t receive emails tomorrow so we can help.Best Regards,
[@njwsos] You can still use Saola Animate when there’s no internet access provided that you’ve already signed in before on that computer. Saola Animate will validate your account when you have internet connection again.
But please note that Saola Animate requires that you must have internet connection to validate your account at least once in 30 days.Thank you, Saola Animate Team! I’m not sure whether I’m more impressed with your responsive support or with the breadth and depth of your product. (Yes, I’ve been reading/skimming through the User Manual and looking at the sample projects all morning. At this point it looks like a comprehensive, professional-grade tool and I look forward to diving in…) I will try to verify email/registration again tomorrow and contact support if needed.

Installed and went to create an account. It said sent email for verification. No sign of it and couldn’t log in to website though it said email was taken if I tried to register again.
Went back to program which let me log in and displayed my name from website account I created. It took maybe an hour for email to arrive. Verified it and was allowed to log in on browser and clicked on prominent claim giveaway license. Filled in the line from the SOS download page and it said license successfully claimed. Program didn’t change so I restarted it and logged in from program again and bingo. Program says Pro version.
