I have the same issue on my windows 10 64 bit, as Kim does on her XP SP3.
I was hoping that the portable application downloaded at the link you had provided earlier, would work but it too gives me an error saying something to the effect that it cannot find the path or that I have not enough privilage .
I did try to run it as Administrator, but to no avail.
Considering that other users have also encountered various problems with this program, I have concluded that this program has some serious bugs and needs more testing before the next release.
Therefore, for now, I am going to stay away from it.
