Nothing downloading or installing

NO INSTALLATION NOTHING HAPPENS CROOKS

Download leaves a 0-byte file in temp folder; second time I clicked ‘leave a copy of installer in downloads folder’, but nothing left there. I downloaded from the AceThinker link on the SoS page, created account, input key, and year is activated. To ‘CC’ above – we are getting free software, we are the crooks. If it doesn’t work at first, be patient, SoS is good about fixing things, but they have to contact a vendor and it is 4 AM.

multiple attempts, downloaded 2 times, trying to install as administrator or without privileges gives nothing – 88 bits file remains in the : temp folder – nothing more

Start downloading, than opening folder of destination, but no any downloaded file, no instalation, just nothing happends.
