rajGuestAfter filling in the details in SiMS, the send button is not active – so can’t send registration message.
Any idea why send button on SiMS is not active?
Rob Down UnderGuestThis page shows the limitations of the various paid versions –
http://www.aeroadmin.com/en/buy.html
That implies to me that the free version must have even tighter limitations, which brings me to my questions –Say we install the Pro version that SOS has generously arranged for us.
And a week from now a family member asks for help.
They do not have the Pro version, so they get the free version.
I assume that we can connect to them ?In a years time our Pro version will revert to being a ‘Free’ version
Which brings me to my next question –
What are the limitations of the Free version ?bunnyb0yGuestThis page shows the limitations of the various paid versions – http://www.aeroadmin.com/en/buy.html That implies to me that the free version must have even tighter limitations, which brings me to my questions –

Main differences between free & pro is limited to 20 remote connections per month vs. 50 for pro & fewer SOS connections. That & it does mention that free presents a popup ad (I assume ad to purchase Pro version). That is not to bad (even TeamViewer does similar popup for free versions). Overall a pretty streamlined remote access program with a smaller footprint than TeamViewer but with a few less bells & whistles. Customer service was pretty prompt with response (less than 1 day) to questions I had regarding activation & licensing.sonycGuestThank you for this great program!
TONYGuestI am having the same problem as one of the other commentors here.

thanks
Doug AmesGuestDifferent pricing model from Teamviewer. The pricing of AeroAdmin is much cheaper, but it’s a yearly subscription rather than a permanent license.
On the other hand Teamviewer updates their version every year, and then they display constant nags to upgrade (at a very high price) even in paid corporate versions. After several years they stop supporting older versions. So in reality it might as well be a subscription.
Scott ShannonGuestIn the registration process it says, “Click the SiMS button in the AeroAdmin PRO main program window (the SiMS button is the one with a white envelope)”. There is no white envelope icon visible on the screen. What should I do?
PerShockGuestThanks again guys
bazaaran corbiGuestlike a teamviewer.._?
Shadowmare1337GuestThanks a lot! You are the best, guys =)
RolandGuestSorry, but no comparison to Teamviewer, Dameware or even VNC.
Screen-transfer is very slow and quality is not very good.
But no wonder with a single exe-file. (And no mirror driver)
Perfect for remote office??
Not really! I wouldn’t work 8 hours with this screen.Kind regards

Cannot register AeroAdmin Pro.
Looking at the info on the original offer I find this:“AeroAdmin requires no installation, registration and configuration.
Its small in size (~2 Mb) and can be started up in less than a minute.
It’s perfect for times when you need to connect to a remote PC as soon
as possible for either a full on remote control session or a simple file transfer.”But then on the email acknowledgement that has the download link it says:
“DIRECTIONS The download link for AeroAdmin PRO is given to you above. Download and run AeroAdmin PRO and then register it using the following:
License key: PROSHWOS1605
To register AeroAdmin PRO, you need to do the following:
Click the SiMS button in the AeroAdmin PRO main program window
(the SiMS button is the one with a white envelope)
Once the SiMS “Send message” window is open, enter
[email protected] in the email address field and enter
PROSHWOS1605 in the message body
Click the send button
Now simply restart AeroAdmin PRO and it will be registered”

There is NO SiMS button (white envelope) to be found on the downloaded app.
There is nothing that resembles a “button” of ANY kind.
Where is this “white envelope” supposed to be?
And most of all, why are there registration instructions if the first information about this product is that it does not need to be registered?RolandGuest[@RonC]
Hi Ron.
>> There is NO SiMS button (white envelope) to be found on the downloaded app.Of course: Left pane
Active Connections
| Stop | –> Button with white envelope.Activations is only possible, if the connection to the authorization server is established.
Lower left corner indicator: green. This may take some time.
Enable “service” in the main menu –> Connections, may speed up the connect.Greetings
