Very frustrating. I downloaded & installed the program. I cut & pasted the license code and got the error msg saying you must install on an internal disc which I had. I closed the program & restarted it multiple times with the same msg. I can load the sample file, but can’t register it why???
I get a program for a promotion but does not accept a license when installing on a flash card?
Agelong Tree5 will not open.
Download was fine and was the installation but

The promoted license is a standard computer license, not portable. Install it on disc C, and it will work.

Same here. The promoted license is a standard computer license, not portable. You can install AT on disc C, and the license will work.

Agelong Tree 5.6 os only for macOS 10.15 or higher. For lower macOS versions contact us at [email protected]
[@TechGenery] No thanks not worth it. How can a program only install on the main drive in this day & age? A joke. I have all my productivity & hobby programs on another drive. A big fail by this product. AND can’t even import a gedcom file so you have to do everything by hand one person at a time which is hard if you have a family tree on Ancestry with 100’s or 1000’s of names. LOL.

Once downloaded the .pkg file, I installed it but, when I inserted the activation key I receive the following message:
‘Cannot create file “/Users/fabiofares/Applications/Agelong Tree/key.bin”. No such file or directory.’
Can you help me?
