    After downloading several times, could not launch program. Running Vista if that makes a difference. Tried everything I could think of to launch n& nrun it. Even went to maker’s site. What am I missing??

    When I installed and attempted to run the program, I got the following message:
    “The registration is overdue. If you want to continue using this software, please purchase a new registration code.”
