    I have followed instructions but it has only given me basic access, keeps asking me to upgrade. Used password and email generated at your checkout and logged in via the link you provided. Help??

    The password I received will not work. Never got the email to reset my password from the “Forgot password” link. Not in my SPAM folder either. Anybody else with this issue?

    Followed instructions you gave. Signed in with email address and your generated password. All I get is basic (free) service. I tried resetting the password, using my own. Still just basic service.

    SOS scammed again? It’s getting to be a regular thing with these giveaways.

    I have copy and pasted my password and know my email!
    But I keep getting the login page when I try to enter the site.
    I’ve tried several times. Please help.
    I also tried logging in the Google+

    I was very disappointed. So when people get a card, they see half a page with the card on it and the other half with advertisements for Amolink. Too bad. I also could not get the background music to change no matter what I did. On the project setting page it shows the correct music, but when I save that and then preview it still plays the original birthday song. I think there are so many things that could be improved in this program to make it really good, but as it is – it sure isn’t worth the money they want for it.

    No way to log in to their site tried several times to get download link it does nothing . When you try and log in with the password and email it just returns to same page .

    [ @Ashraf] I don’t care what the order page shows. When I try to create a card or other project, it says I have Free Basic service and prompts me to upgrade.

    WELL, user name and password worked just great, what a really nice gift from you. I got right into making a card and was putting new pictures in my project and it says “Double click to crop the picture”. Oh did I mention that it keeps saying that for each picture I add to the card? So I can’t see my work area now LOL

    But hey this is over $200.00 pc of software and I don’t have to clog up my hard drive. Nothing to uninstall just stop going there. LOL

    Oh the joys of free stuff.
