Works Ok for me, and use the supplied email, not your own.
Unfortunately, neither this (or any other) data recovery program will NOT be able to restore files that have been “multi-pass cleaned” by CCleaner, especially if you have deleted the files by using CCleaner’s “seven-pass” deletion. Not even U.S. Federal recovery techniques will be able to restore that data!
Simple deletion through a quick “emptying of the recycle bin” will be recoverable, though, and that’s what most people use (especially Yahoo! and AOL users), so those files will be recoverable!
