[@Clancolin] Dear Clancolin, so sorry for the issue, in this case, please update your ie explorer to the latest version, then relaunch the program and try out the registration again, making sure the network is working properly. 2. Click the activate VIP button at the account interface and use the code you got from this giveaway to activate it as VIP.
3. Once activated successfully, you should see a crown icon on your avatar and the license is valid till next year.
4. As long as you make sure the account is in VIP status and not click the log out button at the account interface as this will make you exit the VIP account, you will be enjoying the entire program.

I have the same problem as other giveaway users. I already registered with an email account, I put the VIP exclusive license I got from shareware on sale; but I keep getting the problem of registering as a VIP. The Apowerrec program does not let me record the screen and returns to the trial state.
After registerd successfully , trying to record says its a trial version & refuse to start.BillGuestDear Apowersoft Support,
1) I have created a Apowersoft Account (yaschuk)
2) I have activated the VIP account and do have a Crown by my Avatar and have entered the license key while still logged on to my Apowersoft Account
3) I do receive a message indicating that the program has been registered successfully
4) When I start the program, it starts and tells me that it is in Trial ModeI even tried creating a Apowersoft Account using my Facebook credentials and get the same results….I’m totally frustrated!!

I have tried to log into my vip account, I have also uninstalled/re-started/reinstalled and logged back into the application and I am still showing as a free account but under account settings I have VIP status. When trying to record I get the “sorry you are using the trial version” I then re-enter my serial number and it say product activated. but this still doesnt allow me to have VIP status.
