i think there is a problem, i sign up with my facebook account and i register the license key but i cant record the ask always the license keynaoGuest

Same here….I received a license key which when entered it says that the software has been successfully registered but when I exit the program and restart it, the program says that I’m using the Trial Version. I tried uninstalling/re-installing but I still get the same results…..you’re using the Trial Version!!AlexandreGuest

I entered my email, got a verification code, chose a password and got an “error exception” error reported. I tried again, got another verification code, this time the error is “unknown error”. I’m off to bed now so will have to miss out on this software. :-(MordGuest
same for me. after registerd successfully , trying to record says its a trial version & refuse to start !JSGGuest
Registration doesn’t work! So annoying when little things like that trip you up. I followed the instructions, but everytime I want to run the software, I am asked to enter the Code. When I enter the code you gave on your site, the program SEEMS to to be happy, but then I am still told that I am using APowerREC in trial mode. :-(((
I just wanted to update my previous post of not being able to get this program to activate properly. As of this posting, I again uninstalled/re-installed the program and am still not able to get the program to register properly. After entering the license key, the program still starts up in Trial Mode. Has anyone here gotten this to work yet??Robert BellowtzGuest
Same here! Always reverts to “TRIAL” mode and won’t ever keep registration to allow you to do a capture. “Clunk”, that is the sound of me kicking it to the trash bin. Don’t waste your time, I did !!ApowerREC SupportGuest

[ @nao] Dear nao, once the account is activated with the license key you received, the account status should show as a yearly VIP, if not, please send email@example.com the email you used to register with the account so that we can check the account status for you and help to fix the problem. [ @Bill] Dear Bill, did you click the log out button at the account interface before exiting the program, if so, you need to log into the VIP account first, and then you will be enjoying the program without any trial notice. If you didn’t log out the account after activating it with the license key you received from the giveaway, and the account status still shows in trial version, please send the email you registered with the account, or the screenshot of the account status to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will check it for you.
