After installation, a window appears asking for an email. I tried several addresses, but the ‘Continue Registration’ button stayed completely grayed out and unresponsive. I was surprised. So I decided to exit the program to uninstall it. Turns out, to actually quit, you have to find its tray icon and select an option from the context menu. Instead of proper labels, the menu items were just internal raw variable names. I stopped being surprised. And realized this was systemic, making the decision to uninstall right.”
I tried to install the Ashampoo Collector, but the installation stops with a black window. I don´t know how to continue and get the app installed properly.
Can you please help me in this case?

This is another of those undesirable adware ashampoo app controlled environments. You could also try https://lignup.com/ multicollector free, I had an older version giveaway… populated a tiny database and found it works but I have no need for such a program.
[ @Ashraf] This isn’t a “it doesn’t work” comment, it’s more like a “why would any program ask you how it is BEFORE you install it? If you have never used it before, and it has not installed, then you DON’T know how it is or if you will like it or not LOL.

The Ashampoo App asks me, for Ashampoo Collector, to install a trial version or buy the program. Nothing says free.
I logged in to my Ashampoo account when asked and immediately I get a window saying “What Happened?” and sopmething had gone wrong. When I cleared the message I was logged into my ashampoo account but this programme isn’t listed.
