Have the same problem as other guys. Problem is thazt it downloads until there are 49% and then stops. Place on PC exist, And problems with downloading neither. Connexion has 98 Mb real.
How can we dl Ashampoo when the date is passed (when yhe resolution of the problem takes more time) ?

MHI am on a slow internet connection until August 12th. I have tried dozens of times with 37mb Internet and only got to 24% download before the program closes. Not good.
Regretfully the downloaded file was corrupt.This happened twice.Quite surprisingly earlier also,this happened with another Ashampoo software Giveaway. Why your site is providing a downloader ? It’s very very slow.Instead give a direct download link like earlier you used to give.

I agree downloader is giving corrupt file
Seu gerenciador de download não funciona direito, chega a ser interpretado como virus. Pena pois seu site era muito bom e virou lixo.
We are rolling out an update to our downloader in the next day or two that should help assist with corrupted downloads.
Good, because your downloader, to be quite honest, sucks, and people are very frustrated about it.

[@Dimma] It is a 1.2 GB file. Sounds like you aren’t fully downloading the file.

I have been trying to download Ashampoo Home Designer Pro 2. Your new downloading system does not seem to be working correctly. it stops the download by putting a box on the screen with the message “insufficient disk space. Please make enough room on your storage media and try again”. I have checked my drive specs, I have 679gb of free disk space on a 1 tb hard drive. please check to see what is wrong and let me know when I should try to download the program again. my Email address is [email protected] thanks. –hl–

Hello! The downloaded file from the link has a size of 2.188 Mb, although the description indicates – download size is 1.2 GB. After several attempts to download appeared the message – «Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file». The same thing happens when downloading via the link which came by email. It did not work, and download on another PC.
Please send me an email working link to download the program distribution. Thank you!I downloaded this three times in the last 48hours with the same results;Error:The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy program.
My internet is not slow,and this is not a small file.How about a direct link???
