Downloaded and tested. When I wanted to measure the MTU value, the program goes to an endless loop when trying 1468 value (unsuccessfully). Can not exit from this loop though the stop button is pressed. Pressing backward arrow, the system shows a german error windows.
I already have WinOptimizer 2020. Would this be better?

Ashampoo WinOptimizer 18 has more tools.
