I dont know about this version but i bought the 2023 version it worked ok but soon after i had a crash and had to reinstall windows this program installed but refused to re-register thus i was left with a trial version support was no help .

Thank you Audials and Ashraf for this updated version of Audials Music. (I had the giveaway version of 2023 SE, but uninstalled it specifically to install this version and it works perfectly.)

I lost my Spotify account by using this kind of programs, so I don´t trust it anymore.

[@Mick] That’s the norm with giveaway software. Most of the free software I’ve got from places like this and bitsdujour.com have to be activated on the day of the giveaway. The software will either work forever or will have a period it will work (usually a year, can be as low as one month). You don’t get free upgrades to new versions, and often, not even to incremental versions of the software. So, with some of these, if you have version 5.6 and 5.7 is released, and if you install 5.7 over 5.6, it won’t activate with your key.

Some of these will allow you to reinstall (like after a hard drive crash, or moving to a new computer), but only for that same version that you originally registered the software for.

[@Donald] So did I. I called them and blamed it on my son and they reactivated my account.

I installed the program as an administrator, but when activating it, it doesn’t work, all activation is disabled and the only option is to exit the application.

No activation after downloading and tried to activate. It just froze. The same thing happened when GOTD offered it earlier this year. It’s a terrible offer. Good to beware of this kind of deceptive offer. If not well-intended to give an offer, why offer it?

[@Donald] Same happened to me with Spotify. But not with Amazon. Sometimes the recordings don’t download at the correct speed.
