It will not let me register. Apparently I am already registered with Apowersoft using my email, and the password I remember does not work, and there is no working way to reset that password.
I registered the software with the provided code but the software says I have 130 minutes of conversion time using the personal license
I have logged in, and it does not ask me for licenckey. All apowersoft products are valid for 1 year.

Good thing the verification code was easy to see though in the email, as I can’t read Chinese or Japanese text.

Unfortunately when they send the confirmation # everything is in Chines. Then you have the link in English for the customer service then again everything is in Chines. Then the speech to text conversion limited for 120 minutes?! You can buy more time ,but you can use YouTube unlimited speech conversation for free in several language. Anyway YouTube far more professional and versatile an it is 100% free.When I try to Install, it sends me to a “Temp” Page on my computer, it says nothing about Installing. Help.

The “verification code” sent by email is in unrecognizable characters, and does NOT WORK when trying to place it in the “verification code” portion of the program signup.
So how can I get the program activated, without the ability to read a verification code?
