I have used Bigasoft Total Video Converter and found it to be very robust. It often works on files that other programs aren’t able to handle. I suspect that this Bigasoft Video Downloader Pro will be as reliable as its cousin.

downloaded it and spent over an hour recording Meditation by Deepak but was not there when finished … read help says to go to options/preferences/extentions and delete browser then re-install … says uninstalled failed – tried 5 times
