Maybe I didn’t pay close enough attention, but the idea is to create an image in the cloud using AI elements…
For my part, I prefer other solutions.

Thank you anyway.Yup I think you missed the idea, this is LOCAL Basic so is the lowest tier NON-CLOUD system backup program, the only USP is it’s dual platform compatible not the binaries but has a linux build as well as a windows build. Note that also only the Pro edition has full VSS support to deal with files that are open with deny read access rights while open, the Basic and the Plus only partially or do not support VSS access at all! Otherwise it’s no better than AOMEI backup and it’s an expiring license like the current AOMEI backup offerings too. I prefer Ashampoo backup 26 pro as it includes realtime backup and cloud destinations as well as local destinations and removable destinations and is a non-expiring giveaway license, has some weaknesses with report generation but other than that it’s quite painless to use.

It should revert to the FREE edition. Scroll down on page https://genie9.com/products/bigmind-dr and you see the different options. FREE, BASIC, Plus and Pro. AND it’s ONLY subscription based, excluding the FREEMIUM edition of course.
I’m getting an error stating “Server limit reached. Upgrade your plan to add more servers.” I have exactly one server set up, and that’s the one I set up today from this promotion.

For my part, I remained faithful to the free version of Macrium Reflect which works perfectly under Win 11!there is no option to enter a software key on billing page

I’m of the mind set if it works don’t try to fix it with unknown but inferior invasive software…

I followed the instructions but there is not any option for redeem the code in the billing section. Tried to search and cannot found anywhere in the dashboard.
Stuck on free trial and cannot locate anywhere to submit license. No support in program to assist
