    [@dpfennig] Hi Don. I had the same problem. Try another browser. That will do. I used IE11 – even I almost never use that. It’s a problem with certain ad blockers, I think. Good luck.

    What does mean “FREE UPGRADES”? Because BitDefender, like any oyher antivirus have the UPDATES free.
    But what are the free UPGRADES? IS that mean to UPGRADE from BitDefender 2016 to BitDefender 2017, BitDefender 2018… when available for free?
