Hi there. I downloaded the registration code and the software and installed as instructed. The program doesn’t seem to work. I click on the icon and the title flashes up and that is all that happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, just in case. The program DOES accept the registration code, but it just won’t start. Any suggestions you might have would be most welcome. I had Youcam 5 previously installed and I liked that, but that is now gone of course. I have rarely had any problems with the software I have downloaded from you site. I run Windows 10 on an HP Pavillion laptop. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks,

[@Anne Weaver] Hi there, You have to use the download from the Shareware on sale website. The one on the CYberlink website will not work.

Unfortunately, the giveaway downloads version 5, not version 6. Nonetheless it’s a welcome upgrade from the feature limited version that came with my HP laptop.
После установки (Windows 10 32-bit) и регистрации программа не работает. Интерфейс программы затенён и не работает, Effects Room не работает, работает только зеркало(Mirror) и Face Login. При инсталляции оставляет много следов в реестре-3674, и на дисках-11941. Аналогичная ситуация была и с установкой YouCam 5. Программа была загружена с сайта Shareware on sale (download mirror).
Program downloads and installs, but will not launch..I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times…still will not launch…any ideas ??
