The premium version only applies to new users. If you are using an existing email id you previosuly created for dashlane it won’t offer you the free upgrade….Uninstall Dashlane from your PC, follow the instructions using a new mail id and you will get premium till october…With referral you’ll get more

Ok there’s free verson but have not possibility to sync from 2 pc that I’ve at home and so for me is useless.I too used a variant email address and only got the free version. Not that I used it last time it was offered though.
Stick with the Lifetime Upgrade version of Sticky Password as it does everything with a one off payment.If you buy online frequently and use cash back sites before going To other websites – I feel that the transactions were not tracked by the cash back sites becoz of interference from Dashlane. Can anyone confirm similar experience ?
It does not state first time users. i only use 1 email on mine, the free version with all the PW are on my email. if I create new email will I be able to import my current PW access list. ???????
I have been using LastPass for many years and am extremely happy with it. I have no idea how Dashlane compares, but I won’t use it because the first impression it made was a very bad one. Why?
My father apparently installed Dashlane recently and I received an automated message in my email indicating that he wanted to give me “emergency access” to his account. Thinking that the attachment was some sort of small “widget” that would allow me to authenticate and access his account if necessary, I agreed to run it. I subsequently discovered that it was installing the complete Dashlane application on my computer, which I most definitely DID NOT want! Of course I immediately uninstalled it as soon as it was finished installing. When the uninstall process ended and Dashlane wanted to know why I chose to uninstall it, I let them know in no uncertain terms that it is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE to mislead prospective customers without disclosing that they are agreeing to install the complete product on their machines. Any chance they had to convince me to switch from LastPass was forever lost by this terrible first impression, and I will be advising everyone I know that Dashlane is NOT the right password manager to choose.

Don’t waste your timeFollowed the instruction to the letter and only ended up with no premium Dashlane. What do I do to rectify this please
I’ve never had dash lane,followed directions, and no premium. How do I fix this? Also, why can’t we see the responses to this question? It seems to be common.
