If you open key file with notepad and search a little, you can see valid key file url uploaded to dropbox. That url Danielx64 has given was taken from there. By the way, thanx to Danielx64 for trying.

That what I did when I went to troubleshoot this issue – I know what a license file should look like for products from this vendor.
