Got the above error after entering the activation code.

In other words, despite entering an activation code directly received by email from DxO, the program does not get activated.

Please assist.

This version of the software does NOT work on Windows 10, Mac OS 10.11 (El Capitan), or Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra). I wrote in to verify. It is a great piece of software if you have a compatible OS, but if you do not, don’t waste your time downloading an incompatible version… try DxO OpticsPro v11 for free for 30 days or something.

It may temporarily work, but it is NOT compatible with Windows 10. They told me that if it starts to work, and then fails at any point, they will not diagnose it, as it is NOT certified to run on that OS. Just use the version that’s compatible IMO…

Very easy download process on Windows 10. Is working ok with the free sample photos and am looking forward to investigating all the options.
