    Worth noting that this is the Essential version rather than the Pro 9 Elite Edition previously offered. Not certain what improvements version 11 brings, but you do lose some functionality, so best to check before ‘upgrading’.

    Dear Ashraf, the description and reviews on your site discuss the Elite version; however, the giveaway is the Essential version which is much poorer, e.g., it lacks the excellent PRIME denoising feature.

    Technical Details indicates that this supports Windows 7 32-bit, but the installer says that it only supports the 64-bit version.

    Hi, Ashraf:

    I’m running Windows 10, 64-bit, and after installing DxO OpticsPro 11, the program fails to start, but simply displays an error message on the desktop: The exception unknown software exception (0xe0434352) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFD9B109E08.

    Very disappointing, as it seemed to be useful software, by the way it’s described on your website!

    The “king” of auto corrections and not only. Fantastic offer but keep in mind that most of the last 6 months’ cameras are NOT supported.
