The problem is that the username and the key are missing! The only thing above this text is the downloadlink. Can you correct this and send me a license key?

Hi when i want to launch it show “The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dll was not found.Reinstalling the program may fix the problem”.I try reinstall but same result.Help me fix this
