Hi,
Completed all the requirements, however, it says I have to buy this program. I was given the License code. No place to input the code. Also, the software is not on my desktop screen.
Please help me with this problem.

David, install program and include the checkbox to run the *.exe.
Your browser might pop up first.
The browser is not the registration page.
After the installation the program may be minimized into the taskbar.
If you have a high load on your PC it may take some time to run.
Give time for the software to load and then you should be able to register.
