> For already registered FRANZIS products users. This is how I eventually managed to get the FOCUS registration eMail:
– Go first to log into your FRANZIS account – by clicking the tiny “Mein Conto” line, near the top right of the page (there’s a human figure icon next to it.
– Only *then* return to SOS Directions text, and click “…to go to the exclusive SharewareOnSale registration page”.I got an instantaniously refreshed page with confirmation + info.
The registration eMail (User-ID & “Registrierungs-Code”) arrived in less than 5 minutes later.Wait till everything goes well, before downloading the installer — which BTW it’s 35.6 MB, not 21 MB.
At least! Now it still worked after a few tries.

I am a registered Franzis user. When following the link for existing customers, the Franzis basket remains empty.
