Program does not work.
Shows a box saying memfiles.dll and an OK button. Nothing else.

I might have downloaded later than you but what I got was 5.185.0.214. I know the offer was for 5.184, but Glarysoft updates frequently. Check in your app at the top right of the opening screen. If you are still at 5.184, there is an update already waiting for you.Thanks, Ashraf!
This giveaway was only made available for two days … By the time I got around to downloading and installing the product, it was no longer available! Usually, your giveaways are valid for longer than two days so what went wrong on this occasion???

Sorry that Ashraf has not answered your question, but I can tell you that some offers can last for several weeks, and some have been for one day. The developer is who decides how long they want to make the offer available. Therefore, it is beyond Ashraf’s control, so nothing went wrong.I can also tell you (from experience) that missing an offer is not a great feeling. I missed one offer that was made approximately one year apart … twice. That was when I decided that I would not depend on any e-mail notification to alert me, but instead, made it part of my daily routine. I haven’t missed one since.
As for Glarysoft, it is a good program with updates made very often. Compared to missing it vs. having it available when I need it, I bit the bullet and bought it. I haven’t regretted that decision either.
If you haven’t used it at all, Glarysoft does offer a free edition to get a feel for what it does. They also offer the program for 50% off, dropping the annual “subscription” price to $19.95. You can go that route if you want to, but the free edition may be all you need to get to the next offer on SoS. Best of luck to you.
