Suspicious download blocked
hi my old windows pc had all sorts of issues like it wouldn’t update edge so i’ve bought a new pc so will this allow me to migrate all my software to my new pc without migrating the os of my old pc ?
I am not getting the correct (full?) download.
It’s named “Unconfirmed 713156.crdownload)
which does not open or run. PLease AdviseWHile this is a fairly comprehensive backup solution it is not up to the job in todays world. It does nto support offsite backup directly to cloud providers and requires the backup destination be a drive letter/folder mapped or local hardware. This offers no protection against ransomware attacks that will simply encrypt and lock you out of your backups…

Is simply untrue it is rivaled by just about every other backup solution as that is what they do and it is superseded by any similar product that has built in web clients to access various cloud services as destinations without forcing you to have the local mapped cloud drive as a folder on your system that ransomware can find and encrypt.
Hasleo is a Chinese company, and although the location is not explicitly stated in their public-facing “About Us” section, user forums and domain registrations suggest the company’s development team is based in China.
During the download, the file stopped at 99.5%. I tried it twice, it stopped at the same spot. I just renamed the file.part to file.exe. It installed properly.
I tried to use Disk to Disk clone option (using the clone as MBR). It stopped after 1 minute and totally destroyed the partition table on the external HD. Windows 10 did not see the external HD at all.
I asked ChatGpt how to rescue the external HD and found the recommended TESTDISK program to restore the partition table. The external disk is working now.
I am scared to use this program to clone my original disk to an external HD. I am hoping someone has better luck than me.
[@Sean] Just look at the signing information on the executables and installer… MOST of these giveaways come from communist Chinese developers trying to supplement their income in a capitalist way without abiding by international laws and treaties.

I cannot register the hasleo Backup suite winpe.iso program.
I am an IT professional. Change the extension on your download from .crdownload to .exe, the icon will change to blue as shown in the pic and you can go ahead and click on it to install. I had no problem installing or registering it to Pro ! Good Luck Everybody !!!
