Same question as always: what does “1 year” mean? Program disables itself after 1 year, or stops receiving support and updates?

I registered, but I cannot compress videos.
I can compress images but the compression of videos keeps failing no matter what size it is.
Can you help with this issue?
[@Felix Crevat] Hi. “1 Year” here means through buying the “1 year” package, you can enjoy the software for a year without any limitation. And when the year is over, you may encounter some limitations, but the program will not disable itself or stops receiving support and updates.
