    You’d think that given that this sort of failure is all too frequent you would think someone at SOS would pre-test the instal and run every offering, even the cleaning lady could do that..
    Maybe it is just an automatic, non-human thing.

    [ @Peter] We are sorry for the problem caused. Could you help send us the log file (Open the software, go to setting, you will find the log, click on it, then, send the log file to us) via support@hitpaw.com. Our support team will check with our engineer and solve it.

    [ @Matthias] sorry for the problem caused. Is it possible to send us the log file via support@hitpaw.com? Our engineer will check it. Here is how to get the log file. Open the software, setting, log, copy and upload the log file, then, send it to us.
    We will check and fix it asap.
