I download Icecream Slideshow Maker Pro from your link, but I get a regular Icecream Slideshow Maker program. Upgrade to Pro reqire payment. There are no setting icon to workwith. My OS is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. Is it competitable with the program? Please help!

I have a license that I registered with one email , on August 09, 2017 (SharewareOnSale exclusive license key: XXXXXXXXXXXXXX) that worked when I installed the program, but I had To format the my computer and now when I try to reactivate, tell me invalid license, what do I have to do to have this license recognized again?
