it means:
the license code is not valid in your region

the producer is frivolous.
the manufacturer is irresponsible

Upon trying to register the software with the serial number provided, it get a message that the number is not valid for my region (Mexico). Unfortunately, the software deleted my earlier version of IObit Malware Fighter, and now I have nothing. I’m not a happy camper (or subscriber) right now.
