There have been issues related to registration that we are trying to fix ASAP. Please bear with us.

Please include your email in your post, if possible, so we can directly address your concerns while we’re trying to get this issue resolved.
Nick HGuest[@Kent] Suggesting that users post their emails in messages here that are open for anyone to view, or web-crawlers etc, is an extremely poor suggestion from an information security viewpoint!!!!! It should be a no-no to state this.
SOS itself states that email addresses will not be published when they make comments here, even though people are asked for them when making the comments. That is most likely to be for security and privacy reasons. Surely?!!
I posted a work around above, yesterday, where I downloaded the installer from the developers website, that worked OK with the registration details emailed to me by Kotobee.

I downloaded this in a previous giveaway and tho’ I’ve never had a chance to use it, I appreciated all the emails with helpful tips since I registered. The author seemed to care about helping users get the most from the product. Not sure what went wrong this time but I’m seriously looking at uninstalling the old version if they can’t explain this.
