UPDATE: @Everyone having problems: Please download the installer and use that. We are working on seeing why the portable version is nothing working.
I downloaded the portable version,but it does not work from folder.
Tried to use the provided KEY:
it rejects it…
The “license manager” says :
“invalid number of arguments”Downloaded the trial version from the Kryptel site:almost twice the size,but it does NOT accept the KEY.
Sorry:this is crapware:
if they can’t make this work,
how could I trust to de-crypt my valuable files?

Same issue as those above.
Downloaded the Free portable version.
the download page gave me a license.unzipped to the root directory of a usb drive as instructions dictate.
Opened program – asked for license key – copy/pasted license key from the download page directly to the window –
get no appropiate license found error.Is there a solution for this issue.

I’m seeing 7 people, I make 8 I guess, with the same issue and no helpful responses at all. I’m having the same error with activating my software. Please help.
I am having the same issue. I am attempting to activate the portable product using the Customer ID provided. I did not try the activation with the installable version. Not sure if that will make a difference, but if so, the instructions need to indicate that.
