It would not give me a code. The email and user were filled out by them and when you click on it just sits there!
I removed it and downloaded again and now it says email is already used

Does anyone know if the Loaris software makes a “recover/Backup” file before it does and deleting/quarantining/changing of files ??
I can’t get the key and they said the email is already taken,
i made new account, they said the same,
please fix this problem :'(installs without apparent issues, but when I try to start, it shows the Loaris splash screen but does not start. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same results. Working on windows 10.0.19041 64 bit.

I have this offer since April and still does not work and they did not follow on the Ticket issued when I complained about the wrong activation key! I TRIED TO INSTALL THIS ONE ON TOP AND SHOW ME THE LICENSE EXPIRED 726 DAYS AGO!rEALLY?
Downloaded,installed-opened it up it says expired no place to ask for a key major bummer was looking forward to using this software what a wast of 45 mins

Pretty disappointed in obtaining no response from anyone especially the company so reluctant to use this software in case it creates problems through incorrect changes or deletions.
Cannot understand why the company offers to provide support during installations and then provides absolutely no response to the the many comments or questions
