Therefore we tested every file included into the LookupPal installation package on VirusTotal and it did not detect any issues. After your message we tested all LookupPal files on VirusTotal again and it again did not find any problems.
In addition to this Softpedia tested our product in their labs and awarded LookupPal with the “100% clean” status. Can you kindly let us know in what file the VirusTotal detected the problem? We tested it right now in VirusTotal and it shows 100% virus free for each LookupPal file.
