I’m surprised that Microsoft has allowed this offer and that there are no comments on this. Has anyone had a bad experience with this offer? How about good experiences?

Thanks for flagging this offer following my experience with the same offer last week. I have still not received any further news or acknowledgement from the seller. I tried to make the purchase again but the system identified it as an attempt to purchase a second installation. It is over a week since I attempted to purchase before but no debit has been made from PayPal yet regarding that transaction. Do you know what is going on? How many more people are in this situation?

I purchased Microsoft Professional 2019 from a very similar offer about three years ago. Installed same on my Win10 pro and have been using it ever since. I did not log into a Microsoft Account when installing same. I purchased it because it included Publisher like this offer does. I would like to purchase this for my Win10 pro but am unsure if I am able to uninstall my 2019 to put same on my laptop. Both offers claim one installation only.
