It is impossible to install it, it seems there is a double attempt to install the SW, as the message says, but of course I only want to install once…

My experience is same as above.There seems to be a pesky bug in the software.So is this is only for 6 months. What’s happens after that. Can we keep using it without further updates or we won’t be able to use it after 6 months. Pls clarify, thanks
If it says you have an instance already running, close that and just download the app from the app’s own website and use the key. It works.
[@Dave] Good question. I imagine we get updates for 6 months but the question is, will it then expire or do updates just stop? I am guessing it expires.
Installed and when start I get this: “MiniTool MovieMaker startup failed.”
No error code, no nothing…
anyone….what happens after 6 months? Can we keep using the software after that without updates?
I thought when I saw this reposted the bug had been fixed but no,it’s the same old same old. (See previous replies).
