ihave tried the software before its perfect the priblem i lost the serial no.
I once had this program and used it for YouTube videos. What I liked about it was its ability to download playlists, but after some time it stopped doing this. I’ll try again to see if this edition is more successful in that respect.
What do people who are blocked on YouTube need this program for!?
And we are not small at all. . .Installed successfully, registered, Ran as Administer and program started. Chose one test video on Youtube with my login and the program just sits there. No start button, no download at all. Then chose “Convert To MP3” and the same thing. What am I doing wrong now?
Um, just wondering why it takes over 2 days to respond to an issue? Just because this is a free giveaway, doesn’t make us any less important. If a product doesn’t work and we ask for help, are we ignored? Maybe other posters are right: this is a ploy to get our email addresses and sell to the highest bidder.
Still waiting.For me it works just fine. Make sure the URL is pasted in the right place, put the destination in the second field, and then go to the bottom right button(s) to download.
Ran the program 4 times, followed all the instructions but the program just sits there, doing nothing. The “Start” button is greyed out but I still kept hitting it and nothing. This is just a ploy to get our email addresses. Will be uninstalling this worthless, non-working piece of junk program.
Oh, BTW, still no response from whomever designed this junk software. Guess I was right—now they have my email to sell. Dammit!
Oh, wellI fill in my e-mail address and click on the other two boxes, but the “request serial number” will not allow me to click on it. Therefore, I can’t request the serial number to activate the software. If they can’t get this correct I will uninstall !!
