emailed key did not work.

since three days ( ! ) I get the error message
“Currently no service available or internet connection is broken”.
Nothing is broken with internet (as You see on this posting). There is a mistake with the server of this software and nobody cares ! Not funny.

I have a problem with the software. Although it says in the description:

“Playlists
Now also available with playlists support! Save plenty of time downloading hundreds of videos automatically on your computer. With just one click.”

It doesn’t download my YouTube playlists. Instead it says:

“The Search on Portal YouTube has been cancelled”

Could anyone help? Thank you.

No reviews posted on the offer page, only here. This is said to have been “redesigned” from prior versions. As Luis noted above, there are a number of freeware alternatives. For a couple years I used “Download Youtube As MP4” extension for Firefox, which was simple and effective, but it stopped working — likely due to more of the periodic tech changes at YT. (I’m not sure what equally good browser extensions may be around currently, which still work.) I just used the free “Youtube_dl GUI” app to d/l a 640 MB video in 720P quality, which it did quickly and easily. All that’s needed is to copy the YT video URL into the box and click a button. There is also TV Downloader, which has a rather long list of supported sites. Both of these and others are available for free download at the great, longtime enthusiast site Videohelp.Com. And joining there is also free, but completely optional.

Moviejack will NOT install on my Windows 10 P.C., nor will similar file from Engelmann Media GmbH do so. Is this software compatible with Windows 10 ?
