The program does not work. When trying to log in using the login information I received, I keep getting the error:
Failed to connect to activation server.
Account Password:??????

My username is my email account.
But the assigned password is blank and I am unable to proceed.
Please advise on how to proceed,

If you have received a blank password is because you have registered on the website. Please use the corresponding e-mail and password as credentials for the software.[@Oleg] Hello Craig,

Edit: Please forgive me. I followed another person’s advice and logged in using my old account, which DOES work.

If you have received a blank password e-mail it means that you already registered on the website and with the credentials( e-mail and password) you can activate the software.I got the e-mail from SharewareOnSale with my registration info – which is my e-mail address and password. However, when I try to log in to the account I get an invalid username or password error. What do I do from here?
I do also have the same Problem. invalid username or password error. i have checked it 5 times..

Please make sure that there is no spacing, do not copy and paste it, try to manually enter it.I have the same problem with invalid password, tried manually entering it and still did not work
I have now uninstalled the software as hours later I still get the error:
Failed to connect to activation server.I am not going through any proxies.
From the posts here it seems I am not the only one and that it really comes down to shoddy software
