I have now solved the Problem. I requested a New Password by forget Password . Then i logged in with new Password. Then Activate by Account and the Software was licensed. Thank you.
Complicated system to try to register – finally registered it but it states licence is only valid to 17 June 2020 – waste of time. If you want people to try your software – make the process of registering simpler and give at least 12 month licence.

I was able to log in but I receive an error message: “no available licenses found for this account”
it logged me in but when I try to activate it says no license key found with this account

So many problems… I didn’t have any of them! I got my username and password from the page on SOS that contains the download link and installation instructions. I followed the instructions and now have version 4.3 activated, license terms:
“Note: The subsciption in this order is valid unitl Thursday, June 17, 2021” (that’s a copy from their webpage after I logged in and checked licenses — I’m so glad the program is better than the spell-checking).This is a VERY nice program, similar to Visio. I don’t think it has the programming capabilities — don’t remember :( and no time tonight to check. It has lots of templates, and it’s easy to use once you try it out for a bit. You can create just about any kind of chart you can think of, with many different symbol sets to work with. Family tree, Org Chart, swim-lane charts, all sorts of diagrams… Thanks SOS and MyDraw for offering this again!
I got the username and password,and I logged into the software. However,I can’t activate it,saying “I don’t have a valid license”
SHould I wait? Or what should I do?I successfully logged in by using the email and corresponding password supplied from the website. But then I got a error message when I clicked the button “Activate with MyDraw Account”: No available liences found for this account, Do you want to purchase a license?

What should I do then? Please help me.I got a 100% discount for MyDraw and when I tried to activate my installation, I got

I downloaded the software and entered the email and password I received. After I click “login”, nothing happens. I tried several times and it still doesn’t work.
I can’t activate my account,it says , no available licenses found for this account. I should pay a licenses myself. And there is only 30 days remaining.
