Failed to get serial number – No service available/internet connection broken

If I remember correctly, during the installation you have an option to choose the language. It looks like you are fine with English, so I would suggest that you uninstall the program, and then reinstall it. During the re-installation process you will see the word “Deutsch”- once here, make sure to click the downward pointing arrow and choose English, the language with which you seem to be quite comfortable, and which will help you to understand and follow the instructions regarding the activation of the program.[@consuella]

Upon requesting “a free license key”….
repeatedly get “Currently no service available or internet connection is broken”, the latter is not the problem.
Been like this for an hour at least… on two different machines.
And now on two different days…Caused problems with installing on Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Professional with explorer.exe restarting multiple times. The software looks nice but does not look like a giveaway version, more like a freeware version. Have problems with the software without an Internet connection, it calls home probably to check the licence status on starting the app as seen using software to check this. So if you intend to use the software without an Internet connection, then don’t bother with this software. I would not rate this software as it would be 0/10, there are better freeware ones available that do the same thing without all these problems.

My system, 64-bit Windows 10.Only comes with the basic audio and video add on – all the others require purchase .
The DVR, 3D, photo optimization, and Video optimization are NOT included.It has now been over 24 hours since I requested a free license for MyFormatConverter Basic and I have checked my email and spam folders and still no license with instructions
Unable to retrieve license key. please provide…thx in advance..
