If the destination is connected and enumerable by windows at the time of the attack then absolutely NOT, it’ll also install unwanted extra programs too. I see we’re back to the bloated unbalanced pseudo reviews of the product that fails to mention ANY of the downsides of the product or brand. Ho hum, was good while the hiatus lasted.
The 8MByte download from this site IS NOT THE INSTALLER FOR THE PROGRAM it is a downloader and will not install without an active internet connection and will install additional programs to the wanted one a complete mess of bloatware and DRM. You have been warned. This information SHOULD be in Ashrafs pseudo review… but sadly he doesn’t do that anymore.

1 Giga Bytes for a typical installation!!!!! for backup software alone… now THAT IS BLOATWARE!
As usual, Nero makes the installation more difficult than it has to be. I wasn’t able to find a place to enter my registration key within the program. Instead, the program sends me to the Nero site and I didn’t find anything there either. I’ve had bad experiences with the company’s software before, so I’m deleting the program.
Thank you for the warnings TK. I will avoid this. I wonder how Ashraf missed that during his screening?

I agree with Keith Hamm — impossible to enter the code. No “profile” option — just a 7 day trial or having to add the program to the cart and pay for it. What a disaster. I’ll stick with AShampoo Backup, thank you. At least its installation was straightforward.
If you want effective and free backup program and you dont need incremental backups everyday, search for RescueZilla, it works.
