    hi i’m a novice windows 11 pc owner so is this simple to use ? and i worry that being a novice could i damage my pc so any help would be gratefully received cheers rob

    Put the Key in manually. Accepted, but cannot get the prog. to run. Off to uninstall.

    Installation failed with a message “….A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support….”
