    I downloaded the program, but when I tried to install it would not connect to the server and aborted the install. What’s up with this program?

    It says version 3, but it seems to be version “2.8.8.80”.

    Program still can’t connect to the server it says ………so no install at all. Will delete it from my computer now en avoid programs from PcWinSoft.com in the future.

    Downloading additional languages does not work.Why?

    Downloaded and installed but the whole menu items are shown as -1.
    Changing the language does not help. I tried to convert a file through a guesswork of the menus but could not do it.

    This software is absolutely unfinished. It does not install or when it runs it does not do anything. I have never seen such an amateurish work promoted before. Please advise.
