I too am getting the error and told my License Key has been used.
Registration Error.
Followed Instructions, used register via Internet, Internet is Active.Not working.

The program and its components (zip file) are to be found in C:\\User\Username\ …….most unusual. Why not in C:\\Program Files?
Opened the zip file, double-clicked on setup.exe, typed in Admin password, nothing happens!
What a waste of time.

Impossible to register.
Licence key not accepted.It installed and registered easily on my Windows 10 machine, 64 bit. The path: C:>Program Files(86)>soft Xpansion>Perfect PDF 9 Editor. The only thing that is a little puzzling is the fact that it installed as a 32 bit program, and not 64 bit.
I stand corrected. My apologies.
After restarting the computer, Perfect PDF became deregistered!!! And it requires an input of the registration key again, yet it refuses to accept the key!!! What a shame!!!
I am really, really very disappointed.
The program does not load on my Windows 10 desktop.
The program says it can not run on a 64 bit computer. It first tried to open with a music player.
