    So nice to see that the author of the software is quick to reply to everyone’s emails (sarcastic)

    I too installed the program, unchecked the 21 days and then continued. It allowed me to enter the registration number, but then my laptop wasn’t showing it on the start screen, so I ended up deleting it and re-installing it. Unfortunately this time I forgot to uncheck the 21 days and now, even though I delete the program and re-install it it won’t allow me to enter the registration key. Somehow, it’s obvious, windows is keeping some remnants of the previous installations on the system and that’s what’s bugging it.

    Maybe there is nothing to do, but it would be good to have a comment back from the publisher.

    1) For the 21-days trial issue, as long as you installed the software during the giveaway you’ll be able to put the key when the trial will be over – it will work
    2) For any other tech issues please email us to [email protected], we do our best to answer asap, usually it take between 48-72 hours (we responeded to all the emails we received by now)

    I have uncheck 21 trial box. And still no place to put register key.

    The registration worked for me so I am doing this from memory now. Open the program and in the “About” menu there is something that mentions “Premium”. Click on that and a pop-up window opens. On the right side of that window it shows a “Registration Number” already filled in and below that ia a box where you input the key from here. I hope that helps some.
