requested 2 times already using the request page . 15min later and still no reg key. Not in Junk not in Inbox. Not AT ALL!!!! Anyone please leave message if you got the key

requested 5 times already using the request page . 1 hour later and still no reg key. Not in Junk not in Inbox. I shouldnt have remove the version 2 Pro. They mislead as below:
