    I had to copy the license key by using control C as per their directions.. Then I could paste it using the paste option. Worked well for me.

    Will this software recover external hard disk with this error message:

    The disk structure is corrupted and unreadable

    Tried it and all I got was RAW Files which cannot even play. Please advise. Thank you.

    It is a very useful program! It recovered my lost files from an external HDD with demaged partition.
